erm.. it looks alright i suppose, it is enclosed which is quite good but you'll have to get a 90degree bend pipe to fit it, looks a bit to 'bling' for my liking, if you want some thing that will actually make a difference a panel filter in your oem air box with a good cold air feed will always be the best unless you buy something like a BMC CDA which will probably do the job just as good but i wouldnt pay that much for an air filter, i'll always stick with the the standard air box imo
but if you want something that will brighten up the engine bay then go for it
