    i dont know much about suspension and how it fitted but i got some one to do it for my but i want to buy the right kit i want to buy a complete kit can some one pointy me in the correct direction to where to buy them i was thinking of buying theses

    are they any good or is they better and cheaper ones etc my car is a mk 1 vtr 98 also i only want to lower it around -35/40 i got around £200 ish

    Avoid these like the plague mate, theyre as soft as hell bottom out all the time lol

    go on kam Racing and get the Spax VSX kit for more or less the same price.

    If he's on about the raceland coilovers then i will admit they arn't brilliant , but i had it dropped 400mm on mine for 6 motnhs and i never ahd any problems

    EDIT: Oppps.. 40mm lol

    Why buy coilovers and drop it 40mm? Can understand if they are a good setup but raceland arnt.....
    Anyways on topic, unless you want a serious drop I'd forget coilovers, get shocks and springs for half the price and just as good

    they are shocks and springs "Spax VSX suspension kit (40mm)" but all i want to know is will they fit as i dont want to buy the wrong ones's
