need quick answer about code p1123

   went to kwik fit today got a diagnostic on saxo vtr
   code p1123 came up he said an told me was fuel problem an all he told me was cud be todo with cus got no cat an exhaust is blowing a little at middle of car but it has been like that since i first bought the car and has only started just loosing power cant understand why the car is whistling and also loosing considerate amount of power like ther is no pull in the car and will do this not all the time but now and again
   was wondering if anybody could tell me todo with this code all the problems that could be todo with this
   had new coil pack also

   Well that code wouldnt show up when you remove your cat and the exhaust blowing
   
   tbh i wouldnt of expected any code to show up for the problems you've stated
   
   probably be a sensor going wrong

   cheers mate its really bugging me but would that sensor make me loose power badly and make whistling noise i did get told was head gasket aswel but i dont believe that because not loosing water and the water and oil arent mixing an doesnt seem tobe leaking from head gasket neither

   it could be any number of sensors not working
   
   mines currently got an issue with the lambda sensor in which it decides to cut out, or stutter when pulling away
