Immobiliser probs

    Is there any way I can disconnect the "keypad" on my Saxo 1.1 ? it's very unreliable and a pain in the proverbial !
    I tried to disconnect the plug behind the keypad while it's running and it seemed to work ok but after a few minutes switched off it reverted back to wanting the code number again, Any Ideas folks .?

    Put the code in start the car with engine running pull the plug out from the back of the keypad.After this you should be able to start the car without using the keypad.
