is it worth buying one?? Or just stick with a standard clutch?

Just get a standard one. Uprated one will get on your tits but build ur leg muscles up

dont suppose anyone knows the best thing to clean a gearbox with? As i bought a second hand one and want to clean it up befor its fitted.

Brake/clutch cleaner and a wirebrush, toothbrush, brillo pad

De-greaser and a jetwash if your lazy like me, just don't get any water in the holes.

well depends on how hard it is, i think they are not too bad, also if it too hard it will kill the clutch arm like mine,
i have a OMP group N clutch cover with a 4 paddle clutch plate with springs, it not too bad, just alittle hard!!
but for your use which is not track i guess mate an uprated clutch kit would not be needed.
i using this becuase it a track car and will be getting alot of stick!
