fuel petrol question

    hi my vtr uses petrol like anything. It seems not to do many mpg. I put about £20 in i'm only getting about 100 miles. It's only got a open K N filter on no other mods. Would this effect the mpg by having this filter on. It had it on when i brought the car. It's just had a full service. I'm manily doing town driving short trips etc. Would it be better to put a standard air box on. If so does any1 have 1 going spare i'm in stoke thanks.

    seems about right tbh with you doing town driving and petrol prices today

    yh try taking the induction kit off and see how it is on petrol

    An induction kit will not drastically affect mpg as you are experiencing.

    Do you drive fast or?, i get roughly 130-150 miles on half a tank (town driving).
