coil pack/spark plug covers

   Im changing the spark plugs on my 1.1, just have one slight problem. One of the rubber bits that comes from the coil pack and covers the spark plugs has gotten stuck. I've tried pulling it out with pliers but it seams jammed. Is there any easy way of getting it out without tearing it to bits?

   tear it out?? a coil pack is penny mate
