FAO Angel eye owners......another stupid question...................post 8 please peeps need to get this sorted..cheers

    probably really stupid question but are the bulb holders (i take it) that are circled in the picture supposed to be supplied with the angel eyes or do i need to take these off my factory lights

    the black is the earth wire, mine wernt supplied with new angel eyes , so take them off your factory lights

    the three red wires crimped together and the three black wires crimed together need to be connected to your factory sidelight wires on the cars loom.

    the bottom connector you've circled is the indicator so just use the standard one on from your standard headlights and the top one youve circled is for an extra sidelight which will come on with the rings. imo it looks better not to have it wired up so your sidelights are just the rings and no other lights hope this helps.

    that person in that picture also didnt have them supplied as you see on the box theres that round sticker, thats what comes stuck over the bulb holes

    hi there mate i got the plug with mine well the indicator plug i did but the bit where the side light went just had a cover on it so i had to use the plug that was on the car

    other than that it was straight forword putting them on the car mate

    Ok cool cheers I will use the rings and the small led's for the side lights me thinks but wasn't sure what bulb holders tonxuse but i will remember to take them off the standard lights

    hey thanks for all your help before guys they are now fitted and working

    but my next question is how do adjust the dipped beam lol silly i know but i havent got a clue

    Angel eyes are a manual adjustment. There is a silver toothed wheel which I think moves them up and down and the gold hexagon type screw/rod which protrudes out of the middle moves the beam left and right. One way or the other mate but they were a bit of a pain to do go got garage to do them for me on MOT time.

    Does any one know how to turn the silver cog to adjust the lights as I have tried turning it with my hands and it doesn't turn I don't want to force it incase it breaks anyone got any ideas

    i would just use a set of grips or somthing mate but watch what your doing

    but if i were you i would just take them to a garage thats your best bet then you know there done right come mot time
