hi basically all i need to know if weather a mk1 inlet manifold will fit a mk2?? lol seems a stupid question but i wasnt sure as i needed one today. found a mk1 for cheap but mine is a mk2. thanks DiiDz

#2i think the port sizes are different, but don't quote me on that. but it would make sense as s1 rallye inlets don't fit mk2 vtrs!

#4the mk2 has the cat where the mk1 has it seperate. i dont think they fit mate. nice two tone by way.

#6It doesnt strictly change by MK1/MK2, as some of the early (but very common) MK2's had the same single plug engines as the MK1's.
Youll need an inlet manifold from any Silvertop Single Plug engine. Please see here for help on the differences;

Triple plugs have different porting as said above, single plugs are as so;
00-00
Triples are;
0-0-0-0
All exhaust manifolds are the same fitment to the head across the 8v range and across the MKs and plugs. -
