central locking fault on a 2003 saxo 1.1

    hi trying to fix nephews saxo 1.1 2003,no central locking ,i have removed door control module from fuse box area ,when i disconnect and reconnect door actuators make a noise ,will not work from drivers door or remote any ideas ? thanks in advance we have just bought this car from auctions and have no idea whats gone on previously.
