   depends, it'll be a silvertop but that's the year they changed so some have the cat in the manifold, some are under the car. can't tell without looking at the car.

   CAT on the manifold one this is 98bhp VTR
   
   The manifold needs to be seperated from the CAT then the bolts just come off.
   
   The hard part is when the new manifold goes on cause the pipes bend around the front of the studs so its hard to get a spanner or socket in.
   
   From my experience of it probably best to make sure all 8 studs are i the block and gasket on before putting the manifold on. The radiator will need to be moved back slightly to get the manifold up to the block.
   
   I dare say I've missed something. But it is easier said than done.
