Car wondering off to the right?

   Any idea why this is? Just bought a vtr but it keeps going off to the right if i take my hands off the wheel, so im constantly holding it straight with a little bit of force.
   
   All I know is he changed the wheels oover for standard vtr ones before he sold it to me if that makes any difference?
