You can do it yourself.
- Jack Drivers Side of car up HIGH and put axle stand underneath
- Remove Wheel
- Remove Driveshaft bolt 30mm iirc (might need a breaker bar or an Air gun)
- Remove Bottom ball joint bolt
- Put a Crowbar/prybar between the bottom ball joint/wishbone and the caliper, and put a jack on the end of the crobar and jack up, this pops the bottom ball joint out of the strut
- Remove 2x 11mm bolts on the Intermediate bearing housing
- Pull Driveshaft out of gearbox (can be a bit tight) i fit a crowbar betweent the Inner Joint and the intermediate bearing and pry off and it should come out fine. (keep something under the car just incase the box leaks fluid but should be fine as long as its jacked up high
- Replace New Driveshaft
Refitting is reversal of removal.
