Mango Paint :(

    what a bummer !! bit pissed as i just rang halfords for some paint for my mirror caps and its going to cost 11.99 to get a 300ml can because the colour needs to be mixed would a 300ml can do mirror caps centre console ??

    get yellow pages out, look up paint/bodyshop suppliers or motor factors, all local paint suppliers around me do around a 500ml can for less than a tenner and the quality of paint is alot better than halfords
    also they will mix the paint to match your car

    depending where u are in hove theres hove paints they mix it up in spray can and they pretty good match. much better than halfords crap, that doesn;t match

    o right cool do the post it i mean i could collect it or my old man works in portslade so he could pick it up do you no how much they are for 500ml spray cans mate

    find somewhere local, be so much easier, they will match it to your cars actual paint, not just from a forumla and it will match spot on

    when mixing from just a formula the paint can quite often not match due to the years of fade/wear on the paint on the car

    mangos awful to match,
    every single panel on my mangos a slightly different colour lol
    but its only mirror caps so guess its not too bad if there not exact

    yeh but now im thinkin is it really worth getting a match of paint if its only for mirror caps i mean im not really going to be spraying anything else unless i do my centre console 2 tone black and yellow to match the future 2 tone vt kit humm i will have a think but i think my mango is like that too !! dont think every pannel matches lol

    will still work out cheaper going to a paint suppliers and the paint quality will be alot better than halfrauds

    As said I would try somewhere else bud. There not called Halfrauds for nothing!
