When i put mine on i took off the bumper, then clamped the splitter to the bumper where i wanted it, then marked out where to cut. Then once cut down clamp it again and i drilled holes through both the splitter and bumper, then bolted it together.

guys i just hada quick look at fitting this to the bumper, do you have to take the old standard spliter off? to fit the new one? cus theres no where for the laguna spliter to screw on to if you understand what i mean cus the standard splitter is just thin plastic?

Some people cut the standard splitter offf first but you can make custom brackets to fit it with the origional splitter.

make them with what? did you cut yours off?

some use blocks of wood, if you have any sheet metal bend up some 'C' brackets so you can bolt it to the splitter, and to the underside of the bumper, if that makes sense

my standard splitters cut off. i think it looks better and its also easier to attach to the bumper. just need a steady hand chopping the old splitter off though. just chop the ends of at the end when its attached.
