   inside the oil pipe thing, any help on what too do and ?

   sump off if its jammed in the pipe

   Remove the tube that the dipstick fits into first to check. It is held by on 10mm bolt at the top and will pull out of the sump by hand. See if the broen bit is ion the tube. If not then as mentioned above sump off job to get it out.
