Reporting a member

   hi i recently bought some mirror caps of a seller on here and i have not recieved what i was after. Which is 2 mirror caps the same colour and i recieved an icelandic grey one in bad condition and a silver one. I contacted the member asking whether he was sure he sent the right ones, and then to ask if i could get a refind and i get this reply "NO REFUNDS BUDDY ... SORRY THEY WERE SAME COLOUR BYE "
   So i would like to sort this out. Who can i speak to ?

   Willo-1, ive brought stuff of him previously which was fine however i have got 2 different coloured mirror caps which is not what i payed for and he doesnt want to know..
