Tidying up my front (and poss. back) bumper

Before you say, I've checked the FAQ's and stickys and theres no guides or nothing.

This is going to be something if going to try and sort over the weekend if the weather is nice, so i'm just wanting some tips on how I should do it and if anyone HAS done it before, what paint etc is good to use that is not going to flake and chip straight away. It's just the standard silver colour I have.

    cheers

Dont really understand what you mean by tidying up? But iirc halfords to a stone chip repairing kit and give you a choice of colours. DIY jobs on spraying large items such as bumpers is a very tricky thing to get right though mate....

You reckon I should get someone to do it for me then?

I was gonna sand the bottom of the front with some wet/dry or something to get rid of all the fraying pastic where it's scrapped road etc
