#2Sounds like something to do with the shocks, one of mine came loose a while ago so worth checking that first. a set of shocks arnt to expensive standards are abou £40-£60 for a pair depending, an hour tops for fitting.
Need it looking at to be sure though1 user thanked this post: -
#3sounds like your shocks are gone. A brand new set of rears can be picked up for under £30.1 user thanked this post:

#4right cheers
any idea why they have both just decided to go at the same time?
-
#5The fact that one has gone, the other one will be trying to dampen the entire rear beam, making that one fail. Similar thing happened in f1. The now famous toro rosso crash. One suspension upright went, forcing the other to brake. Thus both wheel coming off simultaneously lol1 user thanked this post:

#6My front one's went once and both went at same time dude.
Tbf they're both in use all the time and you should probably replace both at same time, so they should be evenly worn i guess.. probably explains them going around the same time. -
#7could just be the fact ones come unbolted...
this happened to me, was bouncy as feck -
#8hae a look for sweating on the shocks yourself if there wet then its most likely that there gone, also try a quick bounce test on the car. but they have been known to come loose

#9yea the right one is wet and i can push the back all the way down till it touches the arches. will standard shocks be ok if i get it lowered?
-
#10If your replacing the shocks you mayswell just put uprated ones onanyway they arnt too much more expensive. Up until -40mm standard should be ok
