front bumper stuck

   went to remove the front bumper to take the driver side wing panel off to replace it, and then found that the bolt you need to remove closest to the arch is stuck, the fixed nut has came loose and now the bolt is just turning, how do i get it out? its the only thing stopping me from replacing the wing =[

   ended up ripping it off =]
