   It depends on alot of other mod's too mate. You have to be a bit more specific as to what mods you already have or intend to do alongside. Just a cam (not cams as vtr has only one cam) is not wise.

   what increase would u get with a full s/s system and forced air induction kit. this is with the cams too

   as said depends on many other factors and the actual cam itself

   you should mod your car ie exhaust, filter etc based on the cam your running, not buy and exhaust then filter then get a particular cam, as it will never work as well as if you did it the other way

   it is still cams, just not a set of cam shafts! remeber theres more than one cam on each shaft
   
   as stated tho u cant just put ball figures together..
   so
   vtr = 90
   + procomp = 5bhp
   + btb = 7bhp
   + cams = 10bhp
   
   it wont work like that.. everything is diff, and it will also depend on mapping et..
