Coolant temp sensor

   Hi ive recentlly scanned my car for faults, one of them was the coolant temp sensor which explains my lumpy idle, Has anyone got a picture of where this is as i have got a new one but not sure if its the right one ...

   Right side of the engine as you look at it from the front. Thermostat, green sensor.

   Top one - ecu, bottom one - dials

    Its just the connector thats blue, its a new one, you can see the green undeneath

    Rail roader could you link me to one that i can buy for my 1.1i saxo?
    
    I cant find it. I need the bottom sensor.

    Dont understand, you originally wanted the green ecu sensor, which is the top one. I have spares of both though.

    Basically on that photo i have replaced the top sensor.
    
    The other sensor im trying to order but i dont know what it is called or where i can get it from? Is it blue or green? My car looks exactly like this picture posted, im just wondering about the bottom sensor now.

    Its called a temperature guage sensor their usually Blue.

    http://www.eurocarparts.com/car-switch-and-car-sensor these are the sensors listed bearing in mind though mate I used my REG for this listing but if you go on there type in you REG number then put sensors in the box it`ll bring up a listing for you.

    JCK I already said I have spare ones. The blue one wont affetc the running, only the temp guage- is that reading off? If you want I will post you one for a fiver

    The gauge and fan is constantly on. Replaced the top sensor. Nothing. Now the side left to do in the thermo houseing...
