   Which ones are you talking about?
   
   The side ones are usually put on with plugs but in the majority of cases, these have also been bonded on. To take them off, you'd also need to remove the whole panel to which it's attached to. They are also very expensive to buy from Citroen.

   no even the door moulding 1s are all one piece, believe me ive fitted the whole kit 1000's of times

   the bottom half of the panels (rub strip down) come away as one. but they are bonded or held on with very strong adhesive tape as well as the clips
