do wheel spacers need to be balanced?

   They should be fairly balanced anyway and theyre a smal diameter, so even if they wernt you wouldnt feel it. You couldnt balance them either.

   well if you did they would probably need 0.2gram or somthing and obv you cant get .2 grams in an everyday tyre place

   Don't most bolt to the hub and not the wheel anyway?

   OP if your that bothered about balancing a wheel spacer then what about your drum brakes/discs etc
