losing power?

   hi been rasing my car quite abit and seems like there is no power anymore its either cause i have got use to it or maybe the clutch is on its way out as when i change gear there doesn't seem to be as much power/torque kicking in like it used to do. anyone got any suggestions apart from STOP RASING IT
