   Hi guys, just a quick question. The Mrs's vtr would not start today, she has not run the car for a few days now gave it a jump start and all is ok. I have noticed the trip meter stays on when the key is out. Was wondering could that have drained the battery ?

   How and what would cause the trip meter to stay on and what is the cure ?
