Selling my steelies to a mate and his 206, his current steelies are 175 width, and these are 165. Will they fit without new bolts? And if they do need new bolts, would my ones fit?
Cheers, James.

why dont you try them? presumably you either have to take the wheels to him or he collects them from you

Yeah, but is a large amount of effort to jack up the car at 4 points, take old off and put new on, only to find they don't fit. Someone on here will hopefully know the answer.

you only have to try one, not all four.
But I cant see the point in putting narrower wheels on than was intended, it wont handle as good.

well 175 and 165 is just the width of the tires nothing to do with the width of the wheels so bolts shouldn't be any different, if the wheels are narrower it still shouldn't affect the bolts only fitting spacers or wheels with a different PCD should require different bolts
