whats going on!?

    hi people, just wandering if you could tell me what you thinks up with my car, usually it drives absolutely fine, but sometimes my car wont tick over, meaning i have to keep my foot on accelerator pedal to keep it running, say if i put the clutch in to go down a gear, itl just cut out and loose all revs?? it doesnt always do it , just sometimes??? is it the injectors or what?

    Clean Idle control Valve, lots of info on hear if you have a search fella.

    Note that you may have to go on a 15 or so minute drive after cleaning for it to set itself again (At least I had to last 2 times I have cleaned them)
