   right i have a problem with my hydrolic lifters
   can anybody tell me how i can quiet them down or another way to help the annoying noise im hearing wen ticking over

   wynns do a hydraulic lifter treatment that works quite well

   Put it in your engine, leave it running at like 2k revs, for around 15 - 20 mins, and the noise will go, thats if it doesn't sound like a skeleton having a wank in a biscuit tin lmao,
   
   Then empty your oil and put fresh oil in, this will remove all the shit from around your lifters,
