   i would get a tiny flat bladed screw driver and just ease off them off that way....also if oyu take them you have 3 or 4 small holes where the badges have been....

   Glue them in mate or double sided sticky tape

   i personally glue gunned them from the inside where the pins come through, otherwise im pretty sure contact adhesive/super glue would be fine

   superglue sucks, if u ever want to take them off again it rips the laquer off with it
   
   not sure if other glues have the same affect, blob of silicone would be my choice =]

    Yup hair dryer will get them off. Just apply the strong glue to the pins and not on the badge itself otherwise of course you will loose the lacquer.
