what the part called not the track rod end but the bar what connects the track rod end to the steering rack the big bar as ones bent and can you buy them?

Second one from the bottom, come as a pair, simple to swap:
Track rod end out of the strut
Unscrew TRE
Unscrew arm
Refitting is the reverse of removal. Just don't forget to get your tracking checked after.

#11They both unscrew fairly easily with a decent set of grips and spanners. A vice is preferable for realy stuck ones.
