missfire or something?

What could be the cause of something like a missfire? for instance the car will be fine for a few minutes, then loose power and missfire, pop alot and idle on the verge of stalling?

hard to say, but maybe coil pack ?

I don't think a diagnostics would tell you anything as there's no oe Ecu there.

If you can, try a coil pack that you know is working 100%. Pull the plugs out and check the condition of them/any differences in colour

plugs are looking brand new, ill try another coilpack then and see how that goes

Yeh, then maybe look at the injectors?

Not sure if you can do an injector test with the KMS ?

It just sounds like for one reason or another it goes down to 2/3cylinders hence the dodgy idle and popping

Yeah that's what it seems like, really annoying as it's up for sale!!! Grrrr typical hey

coil pack on its way out or could be a chewed up hd lead? <--- that could be a less obvious one to check maybe but im not sure how ud would test them but i heard if the car is over ten years old the hd leads would have suffered getting very hot and then cooling which wears them... or sparks?

Is the coil pack not the same as HD leads? Started the car this morning, everythings fine untill I got out the street, then I just starts running crap and like only on a couple cylinders and when I stop it pretty much stalls. Hmmmm
