Anyone shopped with lowcostcaraudio.co.uk before?

As above really. How was the service? Good or bad? Any problems with them?

I bought some Angel Headlights about four week ago and i still haven't received them. Delivery said 4 to 5 working days so because i'd ordered them on sunday night i waited about two weeks before questioning why i hadn't recieved them.
So I decided to email them, no reply. So then i rang them and the guy on the phone said he would ask shipping what has happened to them and he would email me the results, yet again no reply.
So then i rang them again about half hour ago and guy said i need to speak to someone else who will be in at 4. The email i received for the confirmation of my order weeks ago said they would contact me if they were out of stock. I received no contact so they must be in stock, i feel like i'm being scammed.
Any thoughts on the subject?

TBH I never shop anywhere with a domain name like that anyway lol

Found them when i typed 'saxo angel headlights' into google.
Sorted it anyway, rang them back. They said my order just got overlooked, (great customer service that) told they will be posted and should be with my on thursday of friday (i hope.)
