Janspeed or Piper ? ? ? ? descision time !!

   right ive got the cash saved up for a mani, do i go with the PIPER 4-1 s/s which is rather expensive, and decat my vts at a later date or go for the janspeed 4-2-1 AND decat my car, Im currently running the PIPER 3.5 outward rolled b/b and a straight custom pipe to the cat. what does everyone reckon ? ? ?

   piper if you got the money to blow but janspeed other wise, no real diff tbh, just preferance and quality

   hmm can i justify spending so much on a piper mani if i can get a janspeed mani AND race pipe for the same price ? ? ? this is really hard lol ....

    I'd go stainless all the time personally - sod having to worry about it rusting with the british weather

    think im gonna go for the piper s/s, and get the centre section at a later date, full piper system ftw methinks cheers peeps

    My stainless exhaust is probably easily 5 years old, and looks as good as the day it was made (allbeit with some colouring due to heat) - same affair with my piper manifold.
    
    I know that a mild steel system would be rusting.
    
    Had a superspring centre section for a little while back, after 6 months the coating was peeling off - so got rid of it and went stainless.
    
    If people keep their cars for 1/2years then mild steel will be fine - but if you plan on holding onto it for a while then stainless will pay for itself easily !

    Shurely you could pick up a decent 2nd hand decat pipe for £40> which means you can get the piper
