   used to have a mk2 spoiler on the car but went to de-badge and spray the holes and messed it up.... so ive got a mk2 spoiler in my room
   
   but the boot i have now doesnt have the holes init... so guna go a mk1 and do somthin a little diffrent with it but duno what....
   
   also.. best way to attach it?

   mark 2 spolier on a mark 1 boot?
   if so im sure you can use tiger seal and it will be 100% secure

   use tiger seal mate on the mk1
   
   or you can drill the holes through the glass lol and fix the mk2 back
   
   or option 3 use tiger seal on the mk2

   na i look the old school look of the mk1... think the mk2 is a little to clean and simple...

   MK1 spoiler looks better imo and you don't have to bother drilling through glass. I had the MK1 spoiler on my old MK2 1.1 and it looked nicer than my Mk2 VTR spoiler does now.

    so what are you after then mate, ways of fitting a mark 1 spoiler onto a mark 2 boot or mark 1 boot?

    na i just wanted to make sure the mk1 was the one that sits over the top and it wasnt just made for the vts/gti

    could buy loads of saxp stickers and layer it like that, could look cool
