Clutch cable gone...?

   Was driving home today, all of a sudden the clutch pedal went all the way back? Towards the bulkhead.
   
   Clutch then did not work. Is this the clutch cable snapped or?
   
   Any help appreciated

   would ping back up if it broke you would think, did you still get drive to the wheels. not stuck under your floor mate lol

   The clutch pedal is winched right up the back of the footwell, wont go into gear or nothing.

   does sound like the clutch cable has gone, if it just flat against the floor, as there no tension on the pedal.

   Sopund very much like the cable has snapped. If you are close to home put car into 1st or 2nd with engine off then turn the key, you won't be able to change down gears but might be able to go up the box if you match revs with road speed. Though typically saxo MA boxes will not like this much so best just starting in and staying in 2nd. Might save you cost of a tow truck m8.

   Clutch cable has snapped 100%, I was driving on the dual carriageway, same thing happened just dropped on the floor at the back
