ICV to blame?

   Hi.
   
   Stopped at the lights earlier and my VTS cut out.
   
   I tried restarting it but it wouldnt idle. I had to rev it to keep it going.
   
   Seems fine now though.
   
   Icv might need cleaning maybe?
