Fuel: Reserve tank

    I have a 1.6 Vtr and just wondered roughly, when the fuel level hits the reserve tank, how many miles am i looking to get out of it before i run out?

    about 7 litres so roughly a gallon and a half...

    i normally risk about 30 miles.

    when i have a vtr box, i would push for 50, and normally find myself coasting to the pump lol

    It's about a fiver's worth of fuel in mine I think

    In the GTi I usually manage 40miles no worries but they are slow miles quiksilver about 50miles. Depending on how low you run it, if as low as I usually do @ todays pump prices £10 on get in between quarter and res
