draining when driving please help

    i have got a problem with my 1.4 west coast.
    The car just dies when im driving. i have checked the battery and thats fine, checked the charge of the alternator and thats at 14.4v replaced the starter motor and replaced the main earth that goes from the battery to the chassis and the gearbox... checked the stereo as well but still have the problem, also checked the pas. any1 got any ideas??????

    Does the car start up again after it dies on you? If it does after ashort period of time, then it could possibly be your MAP sensor. This can usually be confirmed on the diagnostic meter. If it's not the MAP sensor then you have a seious electrical drain problem, and will have to be isolated systematically.
