Important! : Automatic To Manual Conversion

   i have just bought a 1.4 auto is it possible to just do the gearbox or would it require the engine as well, also would the wiring loom and ECU need changing, this car is off the road untill the converstion is done so time isnt really important or would you suggest a full engine converstion any help would be much appreciated

   Pretty sure you can just change the gearbox mate, you probs need something changed with ECU,

   I'd be tempted to buy a cat d Saxo or one that's been in a rear ender - and do an engine conversion and manual conversion using all it's bits
