#2the best increase will be a cam change with remap, but would change manifold first
-
#3i was thinkin of gettin a four branch and a sports cat
-
#4best way. get all the breathing mods done first, then youve got your base to go further
-
#5ye or go de-cat then go for a cam and pulley and s3 head.with remap should see you to 130bhp
-
#6how much for an s3 head and where do i get one
-
#7a 16v engine then you've got a 30bhp headstartQuote:Originally Posted by adzvtri what would be the best thigs to get to get the most increase.
i'd look into a decent 4 branch and a good exhaust then some cams and a re map also a enclosed airfilter
ask yorkvtr and cammedvtr they have tuned thier vtr's engines so they'll be able to put you in the right direction -
#8ppvali if you dont fit the manifold before cam, head and remap youll have to get the remap done again. all engine mods should be done before a remap.
-
#9i wont get a remap till all the work is done. and i dont want to convert to a vts. i have a zara vts lump but it is to much work how much involved in a saxo vts conversion
-
#10lol i know that...hence why i havent got a remap yet....
due to still tuning.. didnt say a manifold since adzvtr said he though of it anyway.
S3 head would set ya back about 350quid -
#11no worries mate. i didnt read it like that. lol

#12i am going to look into it been on cituning web site. 5000 for stage 3 turbo conversion and fitting a lower compression head comes in the package is this good or should i look around 4 cheeper
-
#13try carworx or gmc mate i dont rate cituning one bit
-
#14cheers mate i will look into those options.

#15Not much work to fit a vts engine.
