Knocking Noise

   There is a knocking noise on my '02 Furio, it only happens if i turn left
   or go over a bumpy road or at 85+ mph, and it usually doesnt last long, it sounds like it comes from directly underneath the gearstick/handbreak, the spare wheel bracket in my car isnt secured very tightly and neither has it got a spare wheel in it, although i dont think the spare wheel bracket is the problem, any ideas?

   Driveshaft? Wheel Bearings? Maybe even gearbox knocking..
