Mk1 to Mk2 Conversion ??

   Hi Guys
   
   im just wondering will it be possible and easy to convert a mk1 front to a mk2 front ?
   
   will it just be a case of getting new lights, new bonnet and new front wings ?
   
   plus how easy is it to change the dials to a mk2 as the mk1's arnt digital ?

   I'm not sure mate, as its digital dash I imagine it has more wiring to run it. As for the front I dont have a clue.....anyone else? Its a good question

   for the front end you will need,
   
   MK2 Headlights
   MK2 Head light bottom trims
   MK2 slam panel
   MK2 wings
   MK2 Bonnet
   
   all fairly simple to fit
   
   as for the MK2 dials, its normaly a thing of 3 plug ecu = digital dials, and on the 106 forum they had a guy making ktis to convert, but i noticed my furio is a 2000 model witha s ingle plug engine and digi dials. well aperntly behidn the dash in the saxo thers a conector loom and you can take the loom out a digital dial car eg a furio running a single plug ecu and fit this ?

   to be honest i would have thought this question got asked alot obviously not, it was playing on my mind because they are same shape just different panels

   where can i find the bottom light trims ? cant seem to find any !

   local scrappy would be best bet if thers any MK2s in ill have a look on ebay for ya im sure sumone will have some spair on here tho ? if not maybe even citroen lol

   haha i like people doing the mk2 conversion, tbh i reckon if the mk1 panels you have are in good nick rough prices for them to sell, £20 for each mk1 wing £10 for mk1 grill £20 + for mk1 bonnet £10 for slam £10 for headlights, thats lowest ide sell for for quick mula, XD

    e-bay do a whole conversion kit, its not cheap though, about £250 if I remember correctly

    If you could find it in the right colour at a scrapy it would be an amazing visual mod and not really that much.
