Plug and play in the bay mate behind the headlight

Leave the inside of the car alone (apart from unplugging the immobiliser box)

    got ya
this is the only bit i dont understand when swappin it all over.... i always thought i had to change everythin

makes things easier! just plug the big plug in and match to all the sensors?

the car hasnt got an alarm/immobliser

Yeh, just plug and match if you've got the right loom.

You'll have an immobiliser, so you'll need to unplug the box inside the car so that you can use an unlocked Vts Ecu

as long as i have a single plug loom ill be fine?
and the box to un-plug is under the dash on the passengers side?

Ja, is a black box the size of a cigarrette packet - it's right up behind the back of the glovebox

what year is your car? Mk2 2000? You'll need a changeover single plug engine/loom

ok so i cant just use the mk1 single plug? ill have to use the change ove year one?

sorry about all the questions tryin to save another thread after saying its a non starter lol

Your car is a mk2 ? So you'll need a single plug mk2 vts loom/engine/ecu - you need to just make sure that the loom plug connects to your loom plug behind your passenger headlight fine.
