Basicly, i think the thread on the fan bolt has gone.
Ive tried a m5 bolt but its a wee bit too small. It bites but doesnt go any furthur than the end...
An m6 is too big.
This is the bolt i want:
Anyone got any ideas how else i can secure because its making my car undriveable...

its not strong housing, so a tap and di set would sort it out i would imagine...
or aot of glue, plastic weld or liquid metal.
