engine management light

   Hello, well this morning my car started back firing i immediatly came to a stop and turned my engine off as this has happeneded before.
   
   My car wasnt back firing when i started engine again but the engine management light was flashing after about 30 miles it stopped flashing and it not stays constantly on, but theirs no back firing.
   
   This has happened previously about 2 months ago car was back firing but after i came to a stop and restarted car it stopped back firing the engine management light was on for a couple of days then the light turned of completely
   
   now its happened again as i have describe and i was wondering if you guys have any clue to what it could be.

   maybe try cleaning air intake sensors on throttle body and make sure theres no crap on your throttle body housing inside mine has been idling rough sometimes i cleaned everything up and all is fine. maybe also dodgy lamda sensor on way out try some injector cleaner aswell

   Hi,
   
   The flashing engine warning light indicates a misfire. If you get the fault codes read it may help diagnose the problem as being fuel or ignition related.
