Important! : vts engine help please

hi guys iv got a 200 reg saxo vtr and i want a vts engine to fit in to it
but i dont no where is best to get one from
or how much i should be paying
i liv in stafford so anywhere near here would be good

im also looking to get \/\/\/

* newmen 708 camms
* bmc induction
* jan speed 4-2-1 minifold
* power flow straight thou decat

maybe a port and polish if its worth it ?

or what would you recomend doing to the engien for more power with out spending silly money lol ???

any idea what bhp id be looking at with all this
i was thinking about 150-160 ??

ow and can any one on here fit the engine ?? i was quoted 100 plus my 52000 mile very health vtr engine by a friend is this a good deal ???
