material under bonnet

   would it make much difference if i took the material on my bonnet off as its looking abit warn and old?

   Its just sound deadening mate.
   
   Probably be able to hear engine abit louder but thats all.
   
   A few of my previous saxos didn't have it.

   took mine out as it was hangin down makes no difference imo
