Take the healight out and then remove all the bulbs ect. Use a hair dryer to heat the adhesive around the lense and remove the lense. Clean and dry the inside of the lense and light. Heat the adhesive again then it back together.

No need. Just take out the main bulb and hold a hairdryer to the glass until all the moisture has evaporated out of the hole then replace the bulb and rubber bung it should now be air tight. Moisture should never re-enter unless you have a hole which needs to be plugged.

Yeah it should do. Just make sure the lens is sealed properly when you put it back on or it will happen again.

Unless there is a gap in the seal. May aswell do the whole shabang, its not really much more effort.

But you risk melting the headlight, not worth the risk IMO judging from past experiences

You must have a pretty powerful hair dryer because I've had mine in the oven before (I was too lazy to get the hair dryer out lol).
