Rain water coming out of vents

I posted yesterday and i believe the water that has being coming into my car is now coming from the air vents not the heater matrix. Every time it rains water droplets start coming down the passenger side behind the dash but just infront of the fuses.

Upon closer examination i noticed the bottom of the air vent had water droplets on the outside. It also appears to be coming from the feet air vents but this is a brown/rusty coloured water and the vents themselves are a bit brown inside.

Then this morning it had obviously being raining during the night as there was a third patch of water under the drivers side air vent, luckily there doesnt seem to be any getting into the stereo yet

Does anyone have any idea what this could be, as its thundering and it looks like its going to be a bad storm tonight. Ive had the plastic shroud off that covers the bottom of the windscreen and it all looks normal to me

Thought i would add, i had the car running for 30 mins earlier without it raining and there was no water coming into the car so im pretty sure its not going to be the heater matrix

Yeah, that has got a hole in it as ive had it out before, but its being like that since i bought the car so it would be a bit odd if it started leaking now. Ive being meaning to get my hands on a new one as i often have bits of dirt and other stuff come through the vents but untill i can find one ive just played around with it and tried to make it as good as i could lol

Ive just had another look since it is raining, its dripping from the very bottom left of the dashboard, so the air vent thing must be condensation or something. It doesnt seem to be coming from the top of the dash as i managed to push the side of the dash inwards a bit and it seems bone dry.

It is also only at the very bottom of the dash, as ive had my hand inside and cant feel any water through the fuse box access panel. I opened the door and the outside of the rubber seal is dry, but do you think the water could be getting inside the seal somehow? Or is there another way its getting in?

Well since having a new screen fitted, there is no water in the passenger side footwell now, well i dont think so anyway, but today noticed drivers side is soaked again, but on the surface of the carpet, you can see rain droplets on top, just above brake pedal,so i reckon its coming through the heater motor.Thinking of raising the heater motor aperture with a peice of tube so water wont get in so easy.As the drivers side is always in a dip overnight i think the rain water is running like a stream from passenger to drivers side causing it to flow over the housing.Just a thought.
